Our core employees at Holly Days are certified by ICPI the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute. This certification represents that we have been trained by and authorized by ICPI to install concrete and brick paver walkways, walls and patios. Holly Days installs all hardscaping to the standards of the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute
Holly Days is a certified installation expert of EP Henry products. We are also part of EP Henry’s Authorized Hardscaping Contractor Program, which means we have met the following criteria set by EP Henry:
• Have installed hardscaping products for a period of two years or more
• Have successfully completed the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute’s (ICPI) Basic Contractors Skills Certification course
• Have several recent installations inspected by EP Henry personnel.
• Commit to following up on all leads generated by EP Henry within 48 hours
• Be able to provide proof of Workman’s Compensation and general liability insurance
• Pledge to install product in compliance with ICPI and EP Henry standards
At Holly Days Nursery, Inc. we meet or exceed all ICPI Standards when installing patios and walkways and steps. We excavate soil 4-5”, depending on site soil conditions, add 4-8” of ¾” crushed modified stone, compact the stone to 5,000 psi, add 1” of sand and install the pavers. Upon completion, we install sand lock paving sand to insure tight fit.
